iFrippery

I was a bit fed up today so I went over to Cotswold and bought the ultimate frippery for an iPhone: the Marmot iGlove! Taking the dog for a walk on Saturday, I noticed that my thin liner gloves didn’t work well with my iPhone. However, I remembered spotting a special glove by Marmot for the iPod and figured it must work for the iPhone. And it does. Not a wise use of money, but the guys in the office were mighty impressed.

  1. Remember, once upon a time, when banks were as safe as houses… and now both banks and property are decidedly dodgy investments. So, bearing that in mind, who says it’s unwise to invest your money in bits of barely needed frippery like these gloves? They’ll probably be worth more than HBOS by the end of the week.

  2. Marmot gloves are great. I’ve used various versions over the years.
All their leather palmed ones work with i-things as well, but don’t look half as sci-fi :o)
