The closing date for the e-petition on wild camping is fast approaching (25th May). If you’ve not signed yet, please do so as soon as you can. The latest score on the door is 1,402. It will make more impact if you also write to your MP. I wrote to mine by surface mail in January and have yet to hear back. So I’ve followed up with an e-mail. If you hop over to the petition campaign website, you’ll find out how to do this, together with a couple of sample letters (I suggest you vary them a bit to give a personal touch). It’s really simple to do and will add enormous weight to the campaign.
